Current Requests for Interest and Qualifications
Below is a list of projects for which the
Consultant Selection Committee is seeking Qualifications-based contracts. Those Consultant Firms interested in being considered for selection must submit
four copies of a Letter of Interest
and Qualification (LOIQ) prior to the indicated deadline.
LOIQ's should include a 1 page statement of interest stating the
project(s) for which the Consultant would provide services and an
additional one-to-three page statement of qualifications including
applicable experience. Mail LOIQ to: Mark T

Future notifications of projects for
which Public Works is seeking LOIQ's will be made via
email and website postings ONLY. Notifications made
through the postal service and local newspapers will be discontinued. If
you would like to have your company notified directly by email of
future projects, please send your company's email address

| Scope of
Work: |
The New Hampshire Veterans Home plans
to retain architectural and engineering services to
upgrade the mechanical infrastructure and perform
life safety upgrades. The work will involve a
review and update/replacement of the following
items: sprinkler systems; smoke barriers; fire
barriers; fire rated doors; automatic door openers
and fire latching devices; segregation of normal
power and life safety power, panel boards and switch
gear replacement; roofing replacement on two
buildings; soffits and fascia systems; emergency
generator; valve study and valve replacement; sewer
line evaluation and repair as required; creation of
Class One Division One Oxygen Storage Rooms (8);
elevator replacement (2); geothermal hybrid upgrade;
and technology infrastructure, to include telephone
and fiber optic lines.
