Consultant Selection - Public Works Current Requests for Interest and Qualifications

Below is a list of projects for which the Consultant Selection Committee is seeking Qualifications-based contracts.  Those Consultant Firms interested in being considered for selection must submit five copies of a Letter of Interest and Qualifications (LOIQ) prior to the indicated deadline. LOIQ's should include a 1 page statement of interest stating the project(s) for which the Consultant would provide services and an additional one-to-three page statement of qualifications including applicable experience.  LOIQ's shall not exceed a total of four pages.  Pages shall be 81/2" x 11" and numbered.  Please do not attach brochures to LOIQ.  Consultant firms must submit a separate LOIQ for each project in which they are interested.  Mail LOIQ to:  Michelle L Juliano, Assistant Administrator, Bureau of Public Works, Design and Construction, PO Box 483, John O Morton Building, 7 Hazen Drive, Room 250, Concord, NH  03302-0483.

Project: NH DOT Highway Maintenance Patrol Facility

Scope of Work:

The State of New Hampshire, Department of Administrative Services - Bureau of Public Works Design & Construction is actively seeking an Architectural firm for the above referenced project.  At this time, the Department is soliciting companiesí interest and qualifications in the project to provide design and construction administration services.  Selections will be based on experience and general qualifications to undertake a project of this size and scope and as outlined below.

This project is to replace the Highway Maintenance Patrol Shed facility PS528, in Derry.  The new facility will include a patrol shed and salt shed.  The existing facility is under-sized to meet the required level of service, especially given the Interstate 93 expansion project.  The existing facility is not capable of storing maintenance vehicles, including brine trucks.  With the I-93 expansion, more vehicles may be required to maintain the same or better level of service.   The new facility will be located on the same site as the existing facility.

Project: NH Dept of Safety - Marine Patrol Headquarters

Scope of Work:

The State of New Hampshire, Department of Administrative Services - Bureau of Public Works Design & Construction (BPW) is actively seeking an Architectural and Engineering Consultant Team (A/E) for the above referenced project.  At this time, the Department is soliciting companiesí interest and qualifications in the project to provide design and construction administration services, and to work in all phases of design to coordinate with a construction manager to be selected by the Department at a later date.  Selections will be based on experience and general qualifications to undertake a project of this size and scope as outlined below.

 

This project is to replace the existing Marine Patrol Headquarters building, s located in Gilford, N. H. The existing facility provides; office space; secure booking area; a dock for Marine Patrol vessels; storage facility; mechanics shop; ADA accessible boating education classrooms; boat registration and administration functions. BPW will use an analysis already completed   to provide a 26,000 S.F. building and develop on-site parking. The life expectancy for this project is 50 years.

Project: Regional Training Institute Completion - Pembroke

Scope of Work: The State of New Hampshire, Department of Administrative Services - Bureau of Public Works Design & Construction (BPW) is actively seeking a Construction Management Firm (CM) for the above referenced project.  At this time, the Department is soliciting companiesí Letters of Interest, Qualifications and Proposals (LOIQPís) on the project to provide Construction Management services.  Selections will be based on experience, general qualifications and proposed approach for undertaking a project of this size and scope and as outlined in the document noted below.

Included in the RFQ-RFP document are a description of the project scope, scheduling requirements and an outline of unique logistical circumstances for the project.

The 3rd Revision of RFQ-RFP, including Revised Due Date, as well as the previous Appendix B Scoring Criteria, as well as the previous Appendix A and Project CM Overview Drawings are available via this link.

CM firms submitting LOIQP's shall be responsible for periodically checking this webpage notice for possible future revisions that may be issued, up until the LOIQP revised date of April 3, 2014.
