How to become a Vendor:

All Bidders must have a completed Vendor Application and Alternate W-9 Form which must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property.  To become an authorized vendor to the State of New Hampshire, you need to register with us by filling out a "Vendor Application" package. You may download this Vendor Application and Alternate W-9 here pdf   The Vendor Application and attachments may be FAXED to us at (603) 271-2700 or emailed to PRCHWEB@NH.GOV.  Our mailing address is: Bureau of Purchase and Property, 25 Capitol St, Room 102, Concord NH 03301. 

As an authorized vendor to the State of New Hampshire, you have certain obligations, responsibilities and rights as are spelled out on the reverse of the Purchase Orders, "Contract Terms and Conditions", "Purchasing Rules Manual" and the "RSA's" (Revised Statutes Annotated).

Do you know that the State Treasury offers Direct Deposit Payments in lieu of receiving a check?  Please visit their website at www.nh.gov/treasury to download their ACH enrollment form located in the FORMS AND DOCUMENTS page and sign up immediately!


You will also need to be registered with the Secretary of State. A bid award, in the form of a Purchase Order or Contract will only be awarded to a vendor who is currently registered to do business and is in good standing with the State of New Hampshire.  Please contact them at 271-3244 to determine your status with them or go to their web page located at:  http://www.nh.gov/sos/corporate
